RETURNS PROCESS & INSURANCE
UK customers should return goods via Royal Mail
IMPORTANT - obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters) so if your parcel is lost in transit you will be able to claim for your losses against Royal Mail. NOTE: a Certificate of Posting insures goods up to the value of £30 only. If you are returning goods of a higher value, please consider using the Royal Mail’s Signed For or Special Delivery services which have higher insurance values.
We'll update you via email once we've received your returned package and handle your refund or replacement request promptly - within 14 days at the latest.
Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card/Paypal account used to pay for the original order.
Undie Nation will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.
Undie Nation cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
